he's out in hawaii but will try to hammer out a deal before new year's. what are those negotiations going to be like? do you think he's going to put more on the table in hopes of reaching some sort of compromise? >> he's already put a lot on the table. i mean, he's already signed into law a trillion dollars in cuts as part of the budget control act. five days ago when i they lot of people thought there would be a deal he reduced the amount of revenue he was looking for, he took extending the payroll tax holiday off the table. he went a little bit further in the republican direction on spending cuts. so the president is bending. he is compromising. you're seeing on the other side, though, an unwillingness to take yes for an answer. and i think that, you know, hopefully, you know, these members go home for five, six, seven days and maybe they start hearing from their constituents, business leaders may start chiming in and pushing republicans to make an agreement such as fix the debt. you know, maybe you have editorials that come into play. so that's what yo
